Our Story
Elcome was established in 1999 with a mission to provide high-quality cataloguing services tailored to the needs of the automotive aftermarket. Over the years, we’ve grown steadily by staying true to our values of professionalism, innovation, and customer care and have expanded in further aftermarket sectors.
We believe our team is our greatest asset, with decades of experience across aftermarket, replacement parts, and IT sectors. We bring together industry knowledge, technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills honed at leading organisations such as Unipart, Federal-Mogul, Partco, Trico, MAM, Halfords, and the MOD.

Tim Entwistle

Having spent over 30 years in the Automotive Industry and holding a number of Catalogue Management Roles, Tim spotted an opportunity to help other companies creating catalogues and founded Elcome in 1999.

Operations Director
Atholl Watt
Those that have met Atholl will understand his passion for cataloguing and the detail that goes with it. In his 20+ years in management he has held key positions with some of the top distributors within the UK such as Brown Brothers, Partco and Unipart.

Finance/HR Manager
Julia Rodrigues
With 35 years accounting experience within both the public and private sector. Following 10 years at a senior management level within the Police Service, Julia moved to the private sector and has worked for a number of SME’s at Financial Controller level.

Senior Product Development Manager
Sven Holwell
Sven joined us in 2014 and comes with over 25 years’ experience as a Software Professional, developing leading edge software products for financial, industrial, medical, manufacturing and the aerospace sectors. His role as Senior Development Manager will ensure our products remain at the forefront of technical expertise and deliver a superior product experience to our clients.

Oliver Haywood
Oliver’s business experience includes running his own parts supplies business as well as managing key European accounts for a component manufacturer. A keen product appreciation and strong relationship-building enables Oliver to add a lot of value for his customers.

Marketing Manager
Sharon Smith
Sharon’s focus is to help deliver products and services that make a difference to the way our customers do business, whilst overseeing Elcome’s own commercial proposition and marketing strategy. Sharon has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, branding and communications with brands such as BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Kawasaki and Zurich.

Georgia Hostler
Georgia’s expertise is providing great customer service and building strong customer relationships. She previously worked as a self-employed hairdresser but now works with Elcome as an Account Manager continuing to support and assist our customers and co-ordinate their projects.

Dawn Langford
Dawn joined Elcome in May 2011 following a successful career in Account Management within the Automotive Lubricants business.

Harry Sloane
Harry previously worked as a Data Analyst within Elcome, where his in-depth knowledge of our products positions him perfectly to cater to our customers’ requirements.

Kirsty Gorton
Kirsty is one of the longest serving employees, having started back in 1999 as a Data Analyst. Prior to Kirsty working as an Account manager, she worked within Quality Control and has gained an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, which is advantageous for the delivery of customer’s requirements.

Heidi Peck
Heidi joined Elcome after dedicating 13 years to the hairdressing industry. Growing within the same company, she refined her technical expertise while building strong, lasting connections with her clients. With a commitment to excellence, Heidi takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service.

Support & Maintenance Manager
Sophie Dickie
Sophie joined Elcome in April 2014 straight from college and has been heavily involved in XChecker and Asset straight from the off. User training and handling the support desk take up much of Sophie’s time but she is also involved in specifying and testing new functions as they are developed.

Product Support Advisor
George Wotton
George joined Elcome in 2019 as a Data Analyst, gaining an in-depth knowledge of Xchecker and Asset and assisting with Automate and MAM outputs. Today, George is a member of our Support Team, using his expertise and know-how to help our customers with their day-to-day queries

Office Administrator
Marzena Kornaga
Marzena has a background in office and financial administration, with experience managing daily operations, organising schedules, maintaining records and facilitating communication. She is currently studying accounting with the AAT, combining practical experience with academic training for a successful career in finance.
